Our "Challenge with Choices" organizational philosophy and "Full-Value Contract" operating strategy, enable each individual in your group to choose their own challenge based on their personal abilities and readiness for change. Your staff will learn:

We provide you an interesting and fun group-learning experience in a beautiful outdoor setting. If weather is a problem, Ramapo's 11,000 square foot recreation center includes a state-of-the-art challenge program, high- and low-ropes courses, and off-time recreation.
